had my oil changed and was sent a invoice that said $94.50 went to pay and was charged $109.55 and nobody in the service department could explain what the additional $15.00 was for called customer service and they said it was for parts I asked what parts said oil was $66 and filter was $10 so had did they get $15 and my thing is this send the right invoice the first time dont have people thinking the price is what you send in email and then its something else when you go to pay do it right the first time
