Excellent, friendly staff.
After avoiding a dentist for a number of years I decided I needed to go and get sorted. I chose ilchester after being recommended by a friend. The staff were brilliant and my dentist didn’t just tell me what I needed she took the time to discuss it, gave me options and let me have a say in how to proceed which was great. Actually looking forward to getting the work done, not many say that about a dentist! All round great experience
Excellent service, quick and painless, and follow up instructions quick and helpful.
Very friendly staff, Lydia is excellent and very happy to explain what she is doing and go and a slower pace (which I appreciate as I am so nervous when attending the dentist)! I would highly recommend!
