I booked with Jerrica weeks in advance for my lash appointment. The day comes and my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes prior to discussing that with me but I was like thats fine. I texted her when I was on my way and once I arrived no response. I rang the doorbell twice no answer. I called and texted several times no responses as a matter of fact it’s on do not disturb.
