I went in to get my lashes done. Within 1 day one eye was way fuller than the other. I followed all her instructions and still didn't work. I gave her a call because I was going to see if she could fix and I was first told that she didn't have any available times until 10/2. Because she had a procedure done on 9/21. I explained the situation and after hanging up I received a text asking for me to come on at 8pm today or 8:45pm tomorrow it also states she is scheduler. Procedure on 9/24. Lily is the best and she's such a nice lady. I wont allow anyone else to do my lashes but her.
Called to get eyelashes price and rude man on the phone accused me of calling many times before and never show up , when this was my 1st time calling then he hung up . Lost a potential customer.
