I was booked with a specific female nail tech for a 12:30 nail - tips and wrap today after booking last week through the male person who gave me my pedicure last week. First he gave me an awful pedicure. Second the manager insisted my appointment was for last Saturday when it was booked for today. They insisted in a rude fashion I was wrong when in reality the male person who did my pedicure last week made the mistake and booked the wrong day. This is not at all a friendly nail salon.
