Lower expectations..
I have been going to the Pinecrest location for a year and I love the work of the technicians , the recepcionist lady lack of customer service but since I only have to deal with her for the appt. I can care less. For the people that had issues with the recepcionist, contact one of the managers / owners, they are very kind and helpful. I feel bad if a new client encounter an issue with the recepcionist and decide not to go anymore because they will miss the good work the technicians do in this place.
I am a regular customer, I used to go on US1 and a girl there let glue on my hair twice, then I move to Pinecrest and another girl was rude making pressure over my hair almost over me and she was sick and work without hygiene conditions. I don’t recommend this service at all.
