Sam and his team at Ilara Apartments have consistently been respectful, courteous, and timely in responding to our requests, especially the maintenance team. Sam is always professional and does a great job ensuring that tasks are completed within a reasonable timeframe. While the building has experienced its share of challenges, I believe they have been handled with safety and care in mind. We have rented at Ilara Apartments for approximately seven years and plan to continue staying here.

Location is great with walking distance to public transportations, restaurants, and shops. There's farmers market at the Great Mall every Sunday if you enjoy that. I have only been living here for a couple of weeks or so and haven't used the community's amenities yet but from the look of it, everything seems to be well maintained. The pool area is lovely and feels like a mini resort with palm trees surrounding it. I just want to share that Juan and Nedim have been very helpful whenever I needed something fixed, my closet, my washing machine, everything. And when we first moved in last year, Sam, and Anyela were also really helpful. I appreciate all of them. The false alarms around 11 pm used to be a bit disturbing, but I think that issue has already been fixed after I emailed, so thank you for addressing it.

We have 4 leased corporate apartments with ilara. Their maintenance team are very helpful with urgent request especially I called last night at 9pm. Juan called me back within couple minutes when I reported the case and offered solution.

I had a great experience with Ilara Apartments, especially with Maya who guided me during the tour and supported me throughout the application process. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful at every step. Even though I ended up canceling my application at the last minute because I chose another apartment that better fits my work-from-home needs, Maya was still very understanding and supportive.
