Resident for a little over a year now and have had a positive experience here. The building is very nice and quiet and the staff here are wonderful and responsive to our questions and concerns. We had a major construction project with a water pipe recently that disrupted many residents, but the office really worked with us to resolve it, and accommodated the repairs while genuinely caring about the resident experience. Thank you! The gym and pool here are wonderful amenities, and the area is really safe for families too.
As a former resident who lived here for two years, I can confidently say this place is the worst nightmare you could subject yourself to. Move-In Chaos:On move-in day, the office staff are clueless—they made me wait outside for nearly an hour just to get a key. They assigned me a parking space that was already taken, and the next day, my car was towed. I spent half a day waiting at the towing company to retrieve it. 1.Before moving in, please check what is the utilities bill, they will publicize only basic rent, but please take utilities cost into your monthly . 2. There is a huge variation month to month and if you ask why there is a difference no proper explanation or rather not ready to explain it 3. I’ve been a resident for a year now and have had mixed experience here. 4 months now our building has been "under construction" because of a water leak that happened back in December 2024. All of our units have holes in the walls and ceilings covered with plastic - there has been little communication on when these will be repaired, and property owners seem to be dragging their feet on addressing this issue with tenants, either through scheduling repairs or offering rent abatement.
