update April 2026 - taking off a star here because package theft has gotten out of control and you won’t be able to receive reliable deliveries here. I had to buy a PO Box at the post office to ensure I get my mail. Otherwise, property still clean and quiet. —— Resident for a little over a year now and have had a mostly positive experience here. My boyfriend and I arrived 25 minutes before our appointment hoping to end our day early. We were both greeted by Anyela as Maya was wrapping up the appointment before us and were offered water and coffee as we waited. When Maya returned she seamlessly transitioned from her previous group and gave us a detailed and thorough tour of the Ilara community 15 minutes before our appointment. Thank you to Maya and Anyela for their efficient and personable customer service!
I recently had a tour with Maya and she was amazing. Very informative and professional. She answered all my questions and I felt like she addressed all of my concerns. I’m still in the process of narrowing down all my apartment options but Ilara is high on my list!
Love visiting my family at Ilara. Sam does a great job running the community and is always approachable. Anyela and Maya are super friendly. Maintenance is solid too — Juan and Nedim are quick, professional, and always get things done right. The amenities are clean, well taken care of, and actually enjoyable to use. Overall, it feels well‑run and easy to live here, Trader Joes across the street! Costco and Safeway about 2 miles away. Downtown San Jose and San Jose Airport is just an just Uber away!
