Staff are rude, I was talking on the phone and they just hang up. No courtesy. No aloha. Patient went to the office to get a copy of his records but was not assisted.
Sorry, I do not recommend this doctor Maria C. ilar-Revilla at her Community Health Clinic to anyone! This doctor was unpleasant and just plain nasty! The doctor completely ignored my pain, which was the reason I was there! Instead, this doctor wanted to treat a completely different issue unrelated to the pain I was having! Before I left the exam room, I tried again to explain the type of pain I was having. The dr iLar response was "goodbye" and she quickly walked out of the exam room. I had an amazing experience during my visit with Dr. Ilar. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Ilar took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I feel very confident and happy having Dr. Ilar as my doctor moving forward.
Lazy and disrespectful. Patients waiting for over 3 hours with a scheduled appointment. Ilar said this"what did the discharge paper work say?" That is the doctors job not the patient. I would 100% avoid this office.
Dr. Ilar is very nice and very professional. She’s really great in her chosen field and also staff members are friendly and nice too but the only thing is their service that it take long time for waiting, i hope they will change their system so it won’t take that too long..but other than that i have no problem at all, over all i can say she’s the best doctor i had!❤️
