My appointment was at 10:10 am and I wasn’t seen until 12:09 pm. The staff and doctor did not acknowledge the tardiness until I confronted the medical assistant and doctor. I received excuses as to why they were behind yet they did not offer an apology. That was my first visit to the office and my last.
Dr Loeffel is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and friendly!
After Dr. Carcamo retired I was really nervous to find another doctor as great as her. Dr. Loeffel has been fantastic. Her personality and mine go great together. She doesn’t rush me and listens to my concerns. She is not rough when checking things out. Even though I only see her once a year she still remembers me and my family life. It is like talking to a close friend who is there to help and connect. She takes her time and you feel like she really cares and wants to help.
Dr Loeffel is a very detailed physician and I never feel like a number. She takes her time to speak to you and have you understand whats going on or her plan of treatments.
