The employees were absolutely the best. Everyone was so nice and attentive and they made my wife and I feel so welcomed, comfortable and very important. We both enjoyed our massager ( Lori ) very much, she did a very good job on us both. It was the best massage I have ever had. I was so relaxed and felt so good. I would highly recommend the salon to everyone ( men and women). I wanted to return again today.

I have come every year for 8 years. I spent about $600.00 yesterday. When I started coming in 2018 it was a really neat experience. You could have your treatment, sit and order room service lunch and just relax. It has gotten much worse since 2020 after COVID. But we are 6 years later! I had a facial and then about 1 hour and 10 minutes between that and my massage. I asked when I arrived if I could see a lunch menu ? The gal at the counter told me I could go downstairs and get my own lunch??? Then when I was trying to relax ... read more

This is a gorgeous hotel but the massage therapist started my massage 5 minutes late and ended our session 10 min early. when I complained to the front desk on my way out, I received a blank stare, then was told the office manager would contact me. No one ever contacted me and no one at the Spa even cared enough to reply to my previous negative review. They actually deleted all the words in my google review!! (see screenshot) That's why I am reposting it now.
