Celia was the best. I received 5 star treatment during my brightening facial.
This hotel is a diamond in the rough. When I had an issue, the hotel front desk handled it professionally and emailed the how I felt about the issue was the priority. They have a well trained front desk team. In the spa, my masseuse (Brenda) was absolutely wonderful! She was able to get knots out that have been plaguing my shoulders for a long time. The atmosphere was calming and the service overall was impeccable. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great visit.
Asthetics were great. Food was excellent. Our spa treatments were amazing. My Massage therapist was Laura Jay . She's the best . Truly a transformative experience. I highly recommend her. I actually told her if I ever win the lottery I will come look to hire her as a personal massage therapist. You can tell she cares about your health and well being. Next time I come to San Antonio I will look her up. Our room was beautiful and we didn't even get a suite this time. The bed was super comfortable and I wish we could have purch... read more
