Recently got a day pass for the pool. The location is nice. Valet parking was included which was nice. The hotel inside smelled wonderful. The check-in at the spa was easy. There was no actual dressing room. There was only a bathroom, which smelled of urine and the floor was wet, to change in. The smell was so pungent. I had to hold my breath. The Éilan Spa is wonderful! Everything was a 10/10! Carlos greeted me, gave me the tour, and made me feel so welcome. The whole facility is beautiful. The robes are luxurious. The music playing overhead is relaxing. It smells amazing. Brooke helped me find my way back to the locker room when I got turned around.
