Dr Shapiro and his staff are nothing but kind and courteous there are also extremely professional
Dr. Shapira did a bone marrow biopsy / aspiration for my mom. She is very intolerant of pain and said he was so gentle she didnt feel a thing. He is kind, and took his time to explain everything to us. His Nurse and Staff were also very kind and made sure we had all home care instructions, followup booked etc.
I have seen Dr. Shapira every 6 months since I first wrote a review in early 2020. My experience was completely different and 100% better. I was seen on time, both the assistant and Dr. Shapira were attentive, concerned and totally professional. I knew the treatment I had in 2019 was a miracle of modern medicine, and in the follow ups I have had total confidence that they are making sure that I stay healthy. I would recommend their services as the best care possible.
Worst experience. Was made to wait over an hour saw the doctor all of 3 minutes. Was rushed out. Have been trying to get in touch with the doctor for weeks regarding urgent paper work I need returned—call, fax, message through MyChart—-NOTHING. It’s pretty clear I’m nothing but a number for them and the attention to care in non existent. How does a doctor not get back to you after trying to reach them for over a week? I will not be returning to this practice. Do yourself a favor and choose another doctor as well.
