Mixed up services with my friend. I scheduled specifically 30 min mini facial and 30 min shoulder and neck massage only. My friend had the 50 min massage. While I was brought to my spa service, they told my friend it was a mix up. I was never told about the mix up and instead waited there. Only at one point my friend said to me she got the facial because they told her about the mix up and then her 50 min massage.
I did the wellness after hours experience and I had the entire spa to myself. Bianca guided me through the spa and the choices of equipment was an embarrassment of riches. I started at 8:00 and could have stayed till midnight but by 11:30, I was so relaxed I decided to call it a night. Everything was pristine and all with a beautiful view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. I can’t wait to go back to try everything else.

Incredible experience at a newly renovated, pristine facility! My 120-minute Deep Tissue Massage was amazing, but the real game-changer was adding the 30-minute PEMF Red Light Bed afterward. Do yourself a favor and book it—it's the best $75 you’ll spend. I topped off my day lounging with some snacks and unwinding in the women's dry sauna and steam room. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
