Miriam was really excellent!
Came in for the robot massage - which is wonderful. Sarah and her colleagues provided great hospitality. The ability to use the sauna and steam room after the massage was a great perk! I’ll be back!!

I stayed at the Lotte for a weekend and decided to treat myself to a few experiences at the spa. My 4 hand massage with Anthony and Joey was amazing. They truly mended my joints leaving me relaxed for a busy wedding weekend. Andre gave me a lovely wash and blow and Meri took her time making sure I was satisfied with my mani/pedi. It was an incredible experience overall, highly recommend. It is expensive but it is also the Lotte sooo it is what it is...
