I lived there for 4 years renting a condo. Here is what I experienced: Pros: The complex is in a great location near the Town Center. It is beautiful with trees and nice architecture. 95% of the people who live there are awesome. The current management team on-site is the best one they have had in years and are trying to improve the complex. The HOA board try their best to do a good job. Residents are racists as hell. No reason to move there unless you think salt is a spice.

This neighborhood seems to be filled with individuals who spend their time complaining about others. For example, going after a new mom simply because she keeps a stroller on her porch during the day, or watching office workers rummage through trash bags to catch people who put their trash out early. There are also those who walk around every morning with Manila folders, reporting on neighbors. It’s really unfortunate that people choose to focus on such trivial matters instead of respecting each other's privacy and space.
