Listen I have no problem waiting if the food is fresh, but if you want to wait over an hour for room temperature pizza. This is your place. Place is very small so you have to wait around for a table and hurry and snatch it up before someone else does. We did have to ask for it to be wiped down as well. We waited 75 minutes for our pizza. Food is pretty good but you almost have to win the lottery to get a pizza that you actually want. I have tried to come multiple different days at multiple different times and they are always sold out of whole pizzas. The slices are not in the flavors I like. I’ve only had my favorite pizza (the angry nana) ONCE and i’ve been here multiple times. There are also 3 places to sit so you have to fight for a seat. Great pizza, good vibe. Counter order and food is brought to you. Only 6 tables. Ice cream place attached to it, I mean on the inside.
No water cups or anything, but charging 4$ for a dasani. No ac. Pizza is mid and overpriced.

The ordering experience was the biggest disappointment. The website specifically says they prioritize to-go orders, which sets a pretty clear expectation.
