I have been living in Snowmass for a little over 2 months now. I had been wanting to try this spot for quite some time, as I had heard great things. But great things just don’t cut it! Me and two of my close friends decided to sit at the bar for our first time visit, and it was beyond what I could have hoped for. If I could give it a zero I would! Just tried to eat there at 8:10 PM, they were serving food but said that they were closed. Website says open until 9:00 PM. No apology, no come back or no attempt to try to serve us. Don’t go here not worth it. Last year it was mediocre at best but wanted to give another it shot based on reviews. Never again, don’t bother.
Was not impressed considering the price point. For example the the burrata was supposed to come with a cherry walnut pesto which consisted of large chopped walnuts and raisins (maybe dried cherries) which was not in the style of a pesto. Butternut squash is not a seasonal summer ingredient. Not what I would call innovative.
Loved it. Had the short rib stroganoff. It was fabulous!
