I have been seeing Dr. Paik when he was in that little office on West End. The office management was a complete mess since day 1 of my visit. I figured I only see him once every year so why not. That was a huge mistake. Little do I know their office mistakes can pain me for months. Let me give you a few examples of how unprofessional, rude, and mismanaged this office is.
