On a work trip...Frank was our waiter. Great service once he was assigned our table. Best chicken Cordon Bleu I have ever had! Frank was attentive and the only thing we wished was we could have been seated outside. The party before us was asked and we were not. Definitely going to go back and see if a reservation gets us the seat we want. Did not take the free offer for review as I said I would rather pay for everything and provide a genuine review.
Had a great experience with Omar as our server. Great service and the food is always delicious. The eggplant rollatini is the best I’ve ever had.
I’m honestly disappointed with my experience here, especially because I was celebrating my birthday. The service was really poor. I constantly had to ask other waiters to get my waiter because he would take a long time to come over. Once we were seated, he barely checked on us to see if we needed anything, and the overall interaction felt very cold and snobby. What really bothered me was how my birthday was handled. My friends specifically asked if they could have me sung “Happy Birthday” like they had done for other guests.... read more
