The atmosphere is quite nice and the staff are great. The food leaves a lot to be desired though, very small over priced portions that didn't taste great. I had a calamari starter which was just a few bits of calamari on a lettuce leaf for €13. My main was the special.. lobster and crab ravioli which was very very salty and I think maybe 7 or 8 pieces of ravioli for €28. Super venue in the heart of Drumcondra. First time visit. Food was fantastic and the value was good.. They were busy.
Expensive for the terrible level of service. Enjoyed meals here in the past but today when I brought my family of five out for dinner, I ordered the €41 steak and requested a simple substitution: swapping the onion side for mixed vegetables. I was informed my the manager that they don't accommodate swaps and that I would be charged the full €6.85 for an additional side dish.
