First of all, I absolutely love locally owned restaurants that are born out of passion and continue to stay that way. Il Bosco exemplifies this in every way. Instead of bread, when you sit down, they brought us a personal little pizza, that was probably the best pizza I’ve ever had in the area. And it was free. They have an amazing wine list, and everything we ordered was delicious. I will say that the prices are a little higher than I think they should be, but besides that, the service and the food were amazing.
Finally a restaurant where we can talk and hear each other at dinner. Gorgeous food. Beautiful service. And a lovely setting. We will be back for sure!

The staff were lovely and attentive. Kim was absolutely delightful. However, the food was simply not good. The menu was filled with obscure and polarizing ingredients that didn’t make sense together. You could tell the staff was petrified of the chef as special requests and modifications sent them into a panic. Having eaten at some of the best Italian restaurants in the country, the culinary experience here is just bizarre.
