Cindy is very helpful and caring
Cindy did an individualized one on one physical evaluation and suggested a program that would work for me. I needed hip replacement and working out made the healing process so much easier. Also, it's free! My insurance plan pays for it!
It's so friendly and you can work at your own pace
This place took me on while I was 35# heavier than now, and used a cane. I'm now 2 years older and feel 5 years younger. Not bad for a 75 year old lady!
