Good vibe
I'm in Nashville for a few weeks and have been looking for a real sushi spot. Ikura is the kind of place you hope to find but rarely do. I sat at the bar and asked the chef to just make me what he likes, and he delivered. Every piece is composed, so it comes out seasoned and ready to eat. He told me what order to eat everything in and said no soy sauce needed. He was right, I didn't miss it at all. Every bite had so much flavor on its own. I have visited virtually all of the sushi restaurants in the area. This one stands out as a real gem. They offer extremely fresh and well prepared Nigiri sushi. Traditional and authentic.
