Dr. Klair and her staff are highly professional in their interactions with patients. Dr. Klair is thorough and knowledgeable in her field. She is an excellent doctor.
The Dr was fine, even though I could barely hear her. The problem I had was with mountain view ! I kept getting reminders to pay the bill, everyday. I paid. I saw the Dr yesterday and today I was refunded money because they keep billing before you actually see the Dr or insurances pay. ALSO I hate their phone messages service, I will try to never do business with mountain view again.
