I have changed Doctors because at this location no one cares about my health , prescriptions that need to be sent out take weeks , I went in for my yearly physical and all I got was the nurse practitioner listening to my lungs and heart , check my ears , that’s it , I am diabetic , she did not check my feet , did not order blood work for prostate , cholesterol , no urine for kidney function , I had to ask for blood work for my A1C or else that would not have happened either . I loved it here, everyone was really attentive and thorough. The woman that did the check in was really helpful- I accidentally went a day earlier than scheduled and she was able to get me in. I felt listened to and definitely will be returning. Shannon Blackburn is really good as is Dr. Kashyap.

So the doctor is good, staff at the front, good. However whoever the chick is in the lab, ABSOLUTELY NOT. This is my very first visit so I don’t know what the “rules” are. All I did was stand at the door of the lab to wait, as I was wild to take my paper to the lab for blood. She takes her earbuds out her ear & just stares at me, then says “can I help you??” I explained I’m supposed to be getting labs & it wasn’t what she said to give give me direction, it was how she said it and it came off as rude and dismissive.
