Having supported this brand for many years and spent thousands of dollars on the products, I was surprised by the response. Recently, I tried to exchange an unopened product in full packaging with the receipt for the identical item in a different scent. Instead of goodwill, I was quickly told it was outside the two-week return policy. After such long-term loyalty, this response was disappointing. The range has changed, I know it’s been years but I miss their soy melts especially the zen fragrance which is now limited and not even available as a essential oil.
