Highly recommend Rach and her team, have used Rach for many years and wish I lived closer so I could book her in more often
WORST experience ever!! Got my hair lopped off literally!! then coloured in sections then washed it out in sections in the most freezing cold crappy salon had wet hair freezing for over 2 hours before I cried and left with lopped wet hair oh they will give u a blanket but don’t have a heater that works or a milk frother so don’t ask for a cappuccino just sit with wet hair for hours and freeze.. still waiting for the owner to “call me back” who was too busy to give me a refund before I left crying!!

Awesome hair studio and easily one of the best in Ballarat! Ample space, well maintained salon equupments and a very professional, friendly and welcoming staff. Sammi has been our regular hair dresser for our entire family for the past 4 years and she is just amazing. She creates magic for whatever requirements you have for the occasion.
