Absolutely shameful company. Management does not treat employees fairly and withholds money after termination.
Software does not work on either of my vehicles. Constantly have issues. Never has worked right. Absolutely horrible.
Terrible customer service. Included with my new vehicle. When I tried to activate it they wanted to charge me and said it wasn't included. My dealer sent me an email saying they paid a lifetime subscription. After sending that to Ikon, they said they would activate it for a year. And once activated, it is a worthless device. Often doesn't record location. It's now in my garage and can't find it. I'll probably disconnect it. The way the dealer hyped this you would think they would stand behind their product.
