I read the reviews, and expected a delay....here's how it went. Appointment time: 0730. Arrive at 0700, and pull onto their scale. There were only two other trucks waiting when I arrived, but overall, I was checked in, in a dock, loaded, paperwork in and, and rolling inside of 2.5 hours! I admit, I was impressed, and wouldn't mind coming back again! Thank you!

I bought a house that had IKO Cambridge AR shingles less than 10 years old. The first storm we had with winds gusting to 40mph, we lost shingles. I submitted a claim to IKO but they wanted me to pay them to transfer the warranty. After they already told me they thought the shingles were nailed high (2 different roofers said there were no installation issues), I was not inclined to pay for a warranty transfer just to have my claim declined. Is was in a line of about 5 trucks! But they kept the line moving nicely, and the dock for dry van is an easy back

Very fast and great helpful staff. When you enter go to the scale and call the number on the sign. I was in a reefer and the dock for non flatbed is a little tight. A forklift driver help spot for me. I wish I knew the forklift guys name to give him a 5 star review.
