I highly recommend, Shige’s treatment is not only massage, but also focuses on balancing the entire body, so he always checks the overall movement and balance after the treatment. I had been taking painkillers for worsening sciatica caused by a herniated disc, but after coming here, I recovered to the point where I could do without medication. Shige is very friendly and he communicates well with patients.
Shige is a professional therapist as he correcting my posture, give me some tips how I should massage or stretch myself at home. Highly recommend you to go to him if you have a problem with muscle pain or backache.
