This company was unable to get rid of a flea problem, and I had them back for three visits. The "yelp guarantee" program they participate in is also a scam, and will never reimburse you. Use a small business for your coffee or books, but go with a big name company for extermination. There is nothing weird or cluttered about my apartment. I called right away after noticing the fleas.
