If I could give more stars I would. I found Ikigai Wellness during my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. The care I have received from Dr Parto, Brian and Pearl has been so thoughtful and comprehensive. Every treatment I receive whether chiropractic, acupuncture or massage has made a positive impact on this final stretch of my pregnancy and I am so grateful! Not to mention, Sarafina is so welcoming and kind!
Jocelyn is a very attentive massage therapist, making sure to communicate first for better understanding of troublesome spots. She was easy to communicate with and responsive if the preasure was to minimal or if a sore spot was found. I appreciated the reminders for breath control during some of the more strenuous spots. Overall after one visit, I have beter mobility with minimal pain.
This was such a wonderful, healing experience. I feel so good after my acupuncture treatment from Amy. I know I will be back for sure.
