We attended today for a ?tongue tie for my 8 week old baby. Till now, we've been seen by at least 5 lactation specialists at SJOG Subi, including a home LC visit, Ngala and KEMH breastfeeding centre. We have also seen our GP, a paediatrician, multiple midwives and a visiting child health nurse. The tongue tie was mentioned as a possibility by a few LCs but no one was willing to give us a firm answer on whether they needed doing. Eve the LC is amazing! We always had great experiences at ikids, I had been taking my son since he was 3/4 years old to Tim in West Perth before the move to East Freo. We are only now, age 17, stopping because of his age and the distance, it's just too far. Tim and the team are great with the kids, it's not about giving fillings and doing dental work and making money and being reactive. No unnecessary work. Dr Tim was able to fit my 8 year old son in for emergency consult and surgery due to a cancellation. 💯 happy with the end to end service provided at the clinic and then the hospital. Highly recommend the highly skillful and knowledgeable team. Like anything now days emergency does not always mean the professionals are available in your time of need. But if you are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable dental team I would not hesitate to engage the services if they have the capacity to provide them.
Absolutely fantastic experience here. We and our baby were treated kindly and respectfully from the moment we caller for a booking. Eve the LC was understanding and thorough, the nurses were all lovely and gentle and Doctor Johnston was extremely friendly and professional. Could not be happier.
