This shop is horribleee!!!! I took my car for an estimate, the owner didn't tell me they charge a $150 fee just to give you a diagnostic. When he called me to report what repairs the car needed, then he told me there's a charge if you don't fix the car here! And he yelled at me when i said thanks but I ll take my car to a different shop. the customer service here is the worst I have experienced in my life. Stay away from this place, save your money, time and mental health. No one deserves to be treated like this.
I had a terrible experience at Ike's Auto Services. I brought my Honda Civic in for A/C repairs, but the outcome was unacceptable. Not only did they charge me for a brand new heater control unit, but they installed an old, dirty, and badly worn-out one instead. To make things worse, my radio amplifier was missing when I got the car back. This kind of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
I took my 2005 Honda accord to Ike’s for two reasons: 1.the car had stopped moving — truly—and 2. The shop was recommended highly by a friend of mine. . Ike took a look at it and quoted me a price. I didn’t know the cost of repairs like this, so I accepted the deal.He said it might be ready in a few days— a time period that soon expanded to about a week.
