Took almost a week for them to order parts, and then install them. Upon looking at the main part I needed to replace, I see it looks of poor quality and to find they reused the ONE time use stretch bolts and weren’t torqued properly. Spent thousands of dollars on parts just to have Said part break and leave me stranded three hundred miles from home.
I was traveling from Portland to Seattle. My car suddenly stops, complaining about 12V battery dying. After many phone calls later, my car was towed to Ike's Auto Repair, about 15 minutes before the closing time. My car was throwing many error codes, but after they heard my explanation about 12V battery error, they stayed overtime, trying to charge 12V to see if that would have fixed the issue temporatily.
