I bought a 2018 ford Escape he said it had a noise but that I didn't have to spend any money on it I drove it home checked the oil it was bone dry nothing on the stick so I took it the next day to get an oil change and the mechanic showed me the two front tires they were sliced all the way around and the noise that I didn't have to worry about was the rear differential which needed replaced the mechanic told me I was lucky to be alive so I called him and told him that I want my money back and he pretty much laughed in my fac... read more
The sale was easy enough, but I had sensors appearing two days after purchase. Less than 2 weeks later, I have a $2000 bill for repairs because of engine and oil switch, and bad valve issues. Defintely goes beyond the routine maintenance I would expect after just purchasing Just to update and of 1/29/26: multiple shops and quotes later, and more issues appearing less than a month having the car. I brought a car for my daughter from here about 7mo. ago. The price was great. The vehicle ran great with no problem. Unfortunately, my daughter got into a car accident and her car was TOTALED. She was truly upset because she loved her car and the accident was NOT her fault. Well we went back to Ike's Auto. He remembered us. He also gave us a great discount..... being repeat customers.
