Worst experience of my life. Do not go here for a vehicle. He lies straight to your face and then says "to bad, you bought it" a day later. He told me the check engine light was just O2 sensor. A day later it turns out the transmission is shot. So much wrong with this vehicle that I refused to pay the final amount. So now I have no paperwork and no plates. Just sitting with a piece of junk while he steals more money from other people. Reported to BBB and Ohio's Attorney General. Please, someone put this horrible business out... read more

I purchased a 2015 GMC TERRAIN in May of 2024 I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty that was an additional $1,000 that covers the powertrain because I knew I was buying a used car and would run into some problems down the line. Welp here come Jan 2025, the truck is overheating I take it to the shop and it's the engine timing chain. Cool, no problem. I have the warranty. I don't even want to give one star. I bought a car from the actual owner. I explained to him over and over that it was for my son and it was my son's Social security money. A one time chance he would ever have that much to buy a car and to be honest with me please. I explained that my son gets his daughter on weekends and it needs to be safe.
