I've been with Iken for 5yrs. I have never been disappointed with any services that have rendered, they are professional & responsible. They have provided information on my vehicle that needed to be addressed. One satisfied customer.
Put huge scratch that took off clear coat of paint and owner down played by degrading other previous minor scratches that were on the car. Instead of offering to paint over it he cursed and talked about other damages despite those damages not coming from HIS SHOP.
Very very fair and they stand behind their vehicles very nice quality
