Reposting, since my last review was deleted!! Horrible customer service you can't ever get ahold of anybody. Ive left several messages and they have not been returned!! Ive been teying to reschedule an appt that my daughter had last month!! I would rate zero stars if I could!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Onyendika. Unfortunately, the doctor was quite aggressive and lacked tact in communication, which left me feeling uncomfortable and distressed. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing interaction, and I believe that a more empathetic and respectful approach would greatly improve the patient experience. I will never come back.
