genuinely don’t understand the point of this Windsor showroom. every time I’ve gone in the staff say they can’t assist with much. Basically every question is met with “we can’t do that here.” If that’s the case, why have a physical location at all? The whole experience feels incredibly unhelpful and disorganized.
