As much as i love Ikea and in the past its like going home..not so much now..more and more products eliminated Daim, princess cake etc..less and less swedish..very sad..
I have been shopping at ikea for over 30 years across 3 continents. After planning and purchasing a kitchen I received my delivery date. We ripped out the old kitchen and services turned off. Then day of delivery i was informed by the courier it had not even been collected. Nothing from ikea. Best their customer service could offer was either aa 2 week delay or my money back...absolutely outrageous. After 2 days of phone calls etc hours and hours we agree on a settlement.
