Had very bad experience today, because one rude staff at self check out. His name is Enrique! I scanned everything including the pot and succulents that i purchased. Before paying, this guy just suddenly shout ‘you did not scan the pot’ & i said I DID!! He keeps on saying, No You did not! So he checked and voided all the transactions. Printed out the receipt and checked and say, ‘NO see nothing’. And he said ‘go scan again and make sure scan everything’ it very very rude!! So… See more

First time there. I was so excited! It's my new favorite store!
Okay, I was not impressed with the lack of service/knowledge and appropriate explanation of how to obtain and pay for my merchandise when buying a bed and box set. One of my Items was out of stock and that was not made clear until after we stood in a long line to pay and then was told we needed to go retrieve the entire queen bed and items ourselves.
