They will send you an email when the item arrives at the warehouse, use this email to check in when you get there. It took around 15 minutes for our items to be brought out, I’m not sure if they’ll help if asked but I’d bring someone strong with you since you do carry items to the car yourself. Look for lots 15 and 16.
It's actually Loading Dock 16, to the right of Dunk and Bright. The signage is small and hard to miss. Otherwise, service was great
You should get email from Ikea that your item has arrived. The pick-up point is a truck loading dock. Best if you have your smart phone with the email so you can click the button to say you are there. Also suggest having someone strong enough to carry whatever you are picking up to carry to your vehicle. Don't know if they will help but I didn't need help and did not ask.
Sign was VERY small and warehouse was big. Hard to find Ikea bays.
