I love that the IKEA has a pickup location near my home. It was so convenient and I can avoid the congested freeway. The store representative was courteous and helpful.

For those of us living in South Orange County, the Laguna Hills pick-up location can be a real time-saver! The time savings are amplified when buying items which you’d normally need to order through an IKEA sales associate and wait for at pick up, like many larger items and kitchen and bathroom cabinet items. Loved my recent experience picking up my order here! Great customer service and really convenient for those in south OC. Highly recommend for those who don’t have the time for a complicated pick up / shopping experience in Costa Mesa.
