It has taken them nearly 2 months to install our kitchen, it's still not complete and the workmanship is terrible. Cabinets are off center, they put stickers to cover screws, and installed all of the stainless steel pieces with the protective coating still on (it cannot be removed completely now without uninstalling everything). We paid to have all of the cabinets scribed. The installer did none of this work. Sean was so helpful! We didn't know that appointments were an option. We just moved to the country and we were running into obstacles online and the phone. He sorted everything out so fast and we were on our way home in under 30 min. Amazing customer service.
