Told me one pickup day before I paid, called and told me another after I did. Not even the decency to have a human make the call.
Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order with IKEA, and they scheduled a delivery date for me. Just 10 minutes before the delivery window ended, they simply canceled my order without any explanation. I called customer service, and they rescheduled my delivery for a week later. Today, I received another notification that my order was on its way. The GoBolt truck arrived, but the courier spent 40 minutes looking for my order, only to tell me that it had been forgotten and left at the warehouse. He swore up and down that ... read more
