This is not a 1 star review for ikea but a one star review to the person that decided to leave their child in a pram while she took a closer parking spot. The child was left unattended and was in distress as he knew the person that I assume is meant to be his mother left him there all alone by himself while she moved the car. SHAME ON YOU. Been going to this IKEA for years, done multiple renovations generally has always been good. Although today when I was picking up the three seat sofa bed which was quite heavy at the merchandise pick up the Service attendant guy didn’t even offer to help me lift it into Van.
