I drove 3.5 hours to the Virginia store to pick up some stuff for my company. Serious improvements need to be made with their packaging and shipping for online orders. I have spent the past two weeks trying to get one shipment of items. According to the FedEx tracking link they sent, it was damaged in transit and sent back to IKEA. I used the chat and spoke with one of their online "co-workers", who ordered a replacement package for me. The exact same thing happened to that one. I have given up and asked for a refund, which I am still waiting on. There is no reason this should be happening repeatedly.... read more
