Clean, but that's about it. Frustrating layout. Why keep shoppers from the carts!? The "family" offer is just a sham to redirect to their terrible web interface. Pro tip: fix that busted QR code in the lobby.
Friendly helpful staff. Found everything I was looking for
Unfortunately our visit today was not as exceptional as we have experienced before. It seems the restaurant had lost its level of standards that we expected from Ikea. Many food options were missing, the green beans were not replaced with fresh ones, the glasses were unclean even though it was just rolled out. And both ice machines were non functional. This definitely made an impact to our shopping experience.
Hands down the worst Ikea we've ever been to. Super understaffed, nothing on the shelves (Everytime we picked something we wanted from the display the item was not there) and no self service furniture section. You have to "place and order" for any furniture you want and then wait forever for the 2 staff people they have working to bring the furniture out to you. I've never seen such a ridiculously inefficient system at any other Ikea.
