I generally like IKEA, but the customer service at this location was very disappointing. The food court staff were constantly chatting with each other while preparing food and handling checkout, rather than focusing on customers. It felt unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. I also wanted to get some coffee, but the coffee dispenser was empty, which was disappointing. IKEA itself is great, but the service at this location really needs improvement.
