Love this store.
Used to love IKEA. But ever since they got rid of cashiers and started forcing self-checkout, it really sucks. We are always randomly selected for verification (annoying!) and it’s always a chore to find someone to help. Tonight there was an employee right next to us, but he needed to tell his whole life story to a couple that obviously wanted to move on. The other employees were on their phones or chatting with one another. You can obviously afford the manpower, put them on a register.
Great shopping experience
The staff at this location is fantastic. I appreciated meeting some of them and them taking the time to talk to me at Union Station during the soccer event.
What a set up to look for what the homes in your house could look like. Love the chocolate bars at the pay registers. Yumm
