Worst delivery service by far. Forget to put all the parts on the truck then takes over a week to get the rest of the parts. Ikea SUCKS!!!!. On the phone for hours trying to solve the issue and still can't get my issue resolved. HATE HATE HATE Ikea!!!
I went to buy an armoire and was assured that all the parts were in stock. I paid for next day delivery and when I unpacked, I discovered that the doors were missing. I called the contact number, went through an infinite number of menus and after 30 minutes talked to a human being who said "No, they didn't have the doors." My realtor called, waited 46 minutes and, after insisting, was told that the store would get the doors today from another store and would call me to schedule a delivery. horrible worst ever service go back to sweden
I went to Ikea Stoughton today and I was appalled by their personnel directing traffic. I believe they are RGIS employee's but they are working there on behalf of Ikea and as such are representatives of Ikea and should act accordingly. While waiting in the long line to get into the parking lot I witnessed those directing traffic shouting at customers in cars, getting belligerent with people, stepping directly in front of cars to stop people who were pulling forward while another employee walked over and started to shout in t... read more
LOVED this store! Great prices, ideas, and quality. The only thing I wish was different, is the layout--if you don't have a map, you could go around in circles!
Yes, the store carries items from every department imaginable -- dishes, gadgets and the kitchen table; living room sofas, chairs, and entertainment centers; and bedroom furniture for young and old including the mattress and box spring. What I was especially surprised to see were the food items. The Swedish meatballs were excellent and only needed to be baked for a short time. Love those quick-to-the-table dinners! You could enjoy a day here, and come home with several meals!
This store is awesome. You can find everything there.... even cinnamon rolls..... swedish fish, you name it ! The only thing is you have to put EVERYTHING together yourself.... and the instructions are universal to all languages.... which means PICTURE instructions!!! Give yourself plenty of time and lot of aspirin when trying to assemble!
