This is a fantastic place. My sons have be going here from such a young age and they have always been friendly and engaging. Dr.Kivity goes above and beyond and always makes us feel so comfortable when we are there. Dr.Kivity is knowledgeable and makes sure she spends the time explaining what she is doing. The staff are warm and friendly. The expertise is second to none. Dr. Kivity gives each patient her time and truly cares. Steph and Shu are so thoughtful and organized and making coming such a pleasure.
I was taken advantage of by this office. There was inappropriate charging for treatment that was not done. Full treatment was 7300; they had taken 3050 so far. However, I only had 14 weeks of invisalign out of the planned 54. So I paid over 40% when I only did 25% of the treatment. When I asked for a partial refund as that does not make sense having paid for almost half when I had very little done, and not even what I was concerned about, they flatly refused.
