I ordered a pump out and inspection for the septic system on a home we are buying. They were able to get the service done and give me verbal confirmation that the system was in working order. However, I cannot get a receipt or copy of the inspection report. I’ve called several times, provided my email address at least three times, scheduled an online appt through their website for general questions to try to get this resolved.
