Dr. Ijaz Mohammad shows a serious lack of responsibility when it comes to patient care and follow-through. On the day of my appointment as well as 2 weeks after my appointment, the pharmacy confirmed in person on couple or more separate occasions that no prescription was ever sent, while repeated calls to the clinic resulted in vague, non-committal responses with no timeline. My experience with this neurologist and their office has been unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I have been waiting over a month for a required doctor's note and have not received it, despite providing all necessary documents. The receptionist consistently dismissed my concerns, stating the doctor was "too busy and not in the office." During multiple consultations, the neurologist's line of questioning repeatedly focused on intrusive personal matters rather than my medical issues. Omg so rude receptionist No manners of talking or reciprocating simple questions for booking. Forget about meeting doctor and how that would go, the starting point is this rude and bad don't even want to go there
Dr. Ijaz is an outstanding neurologist in Regina. He is dedicated to his patients and always takes the time to listen to your concerns. You can count on him to ensure that you leave feeling satisfied with your care.
I am his patient and I had a test done but it has been more than 5 months I have not received my report. When I am contacting them they never give a valid response and ask for one more day. They don't provide doctor number. I am not in Canada now and I can't receive the report they have worst system.
